DESCRIPTION:An appointment not to be missed to discuss the relationship between food and the environment and how eating healthy is good not only for ourselves but also for the planet. In presence and online.\nWe are pleased to invite you to our workshop on sustainable nutrition. \nDuring the event we will listen to two experts in the food sector\, Dr Camilla Conto\, Food Regulatory Affairs Specialist Medicinal Chemist Food Business Unit at Chemsafe\, and Dr Maria Gabriella Giuffrida\, Nutritionist Biologist and Research Director at the Institute of Food Production Sciences – ISPA CNR. \nThe workshop will focus on current issues related to sustainable nutrition\, promoting a discussion on healthy eating habits and their positive impact on individual and planet health. \nDuring the meeting will highlight the importance of the correct reading of food labels and will be presented the newest ingredients that contribute to promoting sustainable nutrition. \nThe workshop is open to all\, we are waiting for you to discover together how to do good to the planet that hosts us by making more responsible choices about what we eat. \nParticipate in the presence\nParticipate online
