SUMMARY:The status of payback on medical devices
DESCRIPTION:With this webinar we aim to provide a synthetic overview of the payback system on medical devices\, as implemented by law. The advantage of participating is to acquire information and news about an Institute that is putting a strain on the D.M. market and\, in general\, that of public health. \nProgram\n\nThe genesis of Payback\, from the pharmaceutical sector to that of Medical Devices\, the reason why the Legislator in 2022 activated it and how the Administrative Court interprets the legislation in this matter.\n\nLecturer\nAndrea Stefanelli. Avv. Andrea Stefanelli has been dealing with public contracts and contracts for over 30 years\, mainly in the healthcare sector.
