SUMMARY:Counterfeiting and food fraud: the role of labels
DESCRIPTION:We learn what is written on a label\, what are the requirements to be met\, how to recognize the most common crucial information and fraud. The aim is toacquire awareness for more informed food choices. The webinar is suitable for anyone\, from consumer to food company for regulatory aspects.\nRegister \nWebinar goals\nThe webinar aims to give participants useful information about food labels and the dangers of counterfeiting that they may unknowingly encounter. The webinar will be divided into two parts.
