During the meeting, we will have the opportunity to deepen the characteristics of the Assessment methodology in a perspective of development and growth of people.
We will address the issue of transversal skills assessment in order to identify talent and measure the potential of each resource. <\/p>\n

Target group
To all companies that focus on the soft skills of the resources to encourage a growth in their work performance.<\/p>\n

Description of practical activities in LifeScience companies:
– analysis of management skills of the team leaders
– analysis of the quality of chemical laboratory personnel
– identification of potential for recruitment of new graduates
– mapping leadership skills to Function Managers
– investigation of the motivational sphere of sales figures
