In particular it will be the <\/span><b>New Patent Box,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">optional scheme that allows an increased deduction of R&amp;D costs incurred for the creation, development, enhancement, maintenance and protection of goods covered by<\/span> <b>industrial patents, copyrighted software, models and designs.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Target group<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All entities with business income carrying out Research, Development and Innovation activities. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What we learn from the course<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the course you will have the opportunity to deepen the reference legislation, in relation to: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">objectives, starting date of the increase, eligible costs, mechanism to bear costs, cumulation, appropriate documentation.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3>Program<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">State of the art on tax incentives:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tax credit Research, Development and Technological Innovation; Tax Credit Capital Goods 4.0 and new Transition 5.0; New Patent Box.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Patent Box: characteristics of the facility. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The concept of Investor; Eligible intangible assets; Relevant assets; Eligible expenses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application schemes; reward mechanism. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Information and benefits<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The New Patent Box aims to encourage: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Increasing the competitiveness of Italian companies, through research and innovation activities \u2022 The protection of research results <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The maintenance in Italy of the derived assets from the search <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The use and exploitation of research results<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Lecturer <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Maria Cristina Giacobbo Scavo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <strong>CEO Value Services SpA<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduated in Economics at the University of Studies &#8220;la Sapienza&#8221; in 1994, Dott.ssa accountant and auditor, she worked until 2000 as Audit Manager in PwC of Italian and international groups and as an expert in Risk Management in the telco field. <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2000 in Value Services, he has managed more than 150 projects, coordinating a team of over 25 professionals, on facilitated European, national and regional finance for research and development projects, productive investments and internationalization plans.
