The webinar is suitable for anyone, from consumer to food company for regulatory aspects.<\/em><\/h6>\n<p><button id=\"rtec-form-toggle-button\" class=\"rtec-register-button rtec-form-toggle-button rtec-js-show\" style=\"display: inline-block;\" type=\"button\"><a class=\"link_register_eventi_esternamente\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.it\/e\/biglietti-contraffazioni-e-frodi-alimentari-ruolo-delle-etichette-739270908187?aff=oddtdtcreator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Register<\/a><\/button><\/p>\n<h3>Webinar goals<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The webinar aims to give participants useful information about <strong>food labels and the dangers of counterfeiting that they may unknowingly encounter.<\/strong> The webinar will be divided into two parts. Starting from the definition of the role of food labels will be provided clarifications on the information that, legally and theoretically, must be included for the complete description of a product. The second part aims to highlight what is hidden in the product, disregarding the information of the label. The instruments available to combat fraud will also be described.
