The advantage of participating is to acquire information and news about an Institute that is putting a strain on the D.M. market and, in general, that of public health.<\/p>\n<h3>Program<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The genesis of Payback, from the pharmaceutical sector to that of Medical Devices, the reason why the Legislator in 2022 activated it and how the Administrative Court interprets the legislation in this matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Lecturer<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Andrea Stefanelli<\/strong>. Avv. Andrea Stefanelli has been dealing with public contracts and contracts for over 30 years, mainly in the healthcare sector.
