Crescendo Care S.r.l developed a diagnostic hub with high-technological value and know-how for  analytical services through tandem spectrometry coupled with ultra-performing liquid chromatography  (UPLC-MS/MS) and IVDR-compliant instrumentation. 

Our added value: 

• We measure analytes in their natural oxidation and reduction state, providing a precise picture  of matrix’s features (plasma, cells, mitochondria etc…) at the sampling moment, also for labile  metabolites from the oxido-reductive metabolites. 
• We quantify analytical species in their oxidated or reduced state with innovative methods, not  yet available on the market. Some examples: Argininosuccinic acid anhydride Ist,  Argininosuccinic acid anhydride 2nd, Glutathione disulphide (or oxidized glutathione), reduced  Glutathione, Selenomethionine, Selenocysteine, Tetrahydrobiopterine, Dihydrobiopterine,  Biopterin, Lactic acid, Pyruvic acid, Methionine sulfone, Methionine sulfoxide. 
• We perform analytical quantifications of a wide range of matrices, both standard (blood and  urine), cellular and sub-cellular (red and white blood cells, mitochondria). The dosage of  metabolites or some drugs can be performed at intracellular level or in organelles, like  mitochondria.
