Health InnoFacilitator
Health InnoFacilitator aims to create a community that harnesses capabilities and promotes the acquisition of innovations in health services.
The project will demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of cooperation among various actors, supporting innovation actors (start-ups and SMEs) in the health sector to access public procurement and supporting public and private buyers (hospitals, regional and local authorities, public and private purchasing centers) in launching Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI).
Transforming the public procurement culture of many public bodies in the EU into one that systematically promotes added value for citizens and market innovation and advances toward Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) is one of our strategic goals.
This can be achieved by applying a value-based approach, ensuring the selection and investment of the most cost-effective solutions, and pursuing the welfare of all EU citizens.
