The status of payback on medical devices

With this webinar we aim to provide a synthetic overview of the payback system on medical devices, as implemented by law. We will also dwell on the current state of legal disputes concerning its implementation.

Provide a summary of the current situation of the Payback mechanism for as applied to the Medical Devices industry.

To all Producers and/or Distributors of D.M. as well as to all those interested in Public Health.
What we learn from the webinar
The webinar aims to offer a brief overview of the payback mechanism, as introduced and implemented by the Legislator, and then to verify the current situation of the judgments against its application. The advantage of participating is to acquire information and news about an Institute that is putting a strain on the D.M. market and, in general, that of public health.
Program
- The genesis of Payback, from the pharmaceutical sector to that of Medical Devices, the reason why the Legislator in 2022 activated it and how the Administrative Court interprets the legislation in this matter.
Lecturer
Andrea Stefanelli. Avv. Andrea Stefanelli has been dealing with public contracts and contracts for over 30 years, mainly in the healthcare sector. Currently it is defending the interests of some dozens of companies ahead of the TAR Rome following the appeal of the payback mechanism.
