THE PROJECT.

The BioCulture project, which started in November 2007 and ended in 2009, aimed to strengthen the competitiveness of Life Sciences SMEs through the production, development and provision of language and cultural resources. Concrete tools (guides and publications) have been produced and seminars have been organized to encourage and support the internationalization of enterprises.

Funded by the European Commission under the Leonardo da Vinci Multilateral projects for transfer of innovation measure and co-financed by partners, the project involved a highly specialized network.

Special attention was paid to biotech SMEs engaged in R&D activities with an international scope or already working with foreign customers and suppliers. Thanks to the expertise activated through the partners, the project has improved the ability of enterprises to operate effectively in global markets, strengthening their competitiveness.
